<正>髋关节骨折通常由摔倒引起，随着全球老龄化的加速，老年群体髋关节骨折发生率显著上升[1-2]。全髋关节置换术(total hip replacement,THR)治疗髋关节骨折疗效确切，但老年患者手术后常常面临更高的并发症风险，对患者恢复和生活质量产生深远影响[3-4]。本病例报告1例85岁女性股骨颈骨折患者THR后出现肺部脂肪栓塞的相关护理经验。
