<正>马德龙病(Madelung's disease)是一种罕见的以脂肪组织异常堆积为特征的疾病,通常表现为颌面部、颈部、肩部、躯干、四肢等部位弥漫、多发、对称、无包膜的脂肪团块,好发于长期饮酒的中年男性[1]。由于存在严重畸形,临床症状较重,通常需要外科处理[2-3]。本文报告1例Ⅰ型马德龙病伴左踝皮肤创面不愈合患者,在颈部包块切除的同时切取颈部皮肤修复内踝创面,疗效良好,现报道如下。
